There are two official ways to redeem a VAMPIR coupon code: the [Coupons] menu in the bottom right corner of the game's details screen in the Netmarble Launcher on PC, and the official coupon website in a browser. On mobile the registration screen sits under the account settings; on iOS, if there is no in-game entry, use the coupon site. Expiry and the one-per-account limit are stated with each code when Netmarble announces it.
How to use the official coupon site
- Open the official coupon page. On September 18, 2026 it loaded in Japanese; the code field and the use button are in the same place regardless.
- If the page asks for a member number to match your account, copy it from the account settings inside the game. Do not share that number.
- Paste the code exactly. Codes are case-sensitive and must not contain spaces.
- Press Use and read the result. "Expired" or "already used" means the code will not work on this account.
- Collect the reward from the in-game mailbox. Timed rewards should not sit there.

The Launcher FAQ places coupon redemption in the [Coupons] menu on the bottom right corner of the game details screen, and adds that the menu may vary by game and that the coupon website is the alternative. What the Discord welcome coupon gives
Netmarble's global pre-registration announcement mentions a coupon code exclusive to the official Discord server. It is described as character growth materials and support items; no cosmetics are promised. The official pre-registration page adds the rules: rewards are distributed after the official launch, once per account, and must be claimed within 30 days of being awarded. The event is closed to anyone under 18.
