When do you get VAMPIR pre-registration rewards?

Netmarble only says the rewards are delivered after launch; it hasn’t given a delivery hour. Servers open at 02:00 UTC on October 28 (October 27, 7:00 p.m. PDT in North America; October 28, 3:00 a.m. CET in Europe), and pre-registration stays open until that moment.

Rules that can cost you the reward

  • Once per account. Signing up on the App Store, Google Play and Epic too doesn’t stack rewards.
  • 30 days to claim. The clock starts when the reward is awarded, not on the day you registered. After 30 days it’s deleted and can no longer be claimed.
  • The portrait follows your character. Its gender matches the character you claim it on, so claim on the character you plan to keep.
  • 18+ only. The event isn’t open to anyone under 18.

Didn’t get your pre-registration reward?

  1. Make sure the servers are live: nothing is delivered before launch.
  2. Count 30 days from delivery; after that the reward is gone.
  3. The Discord welcome coupon never arrives on its own: enter its code yourself after launch.

FAQ

Can I still pre-register for VAMPIR?
Yes, until the global launch on October 28 at 02:00 UTC. Signing up on one official channel is enough.
