A grey Blood Gate in VAMPIR is a locked door. Activate it and it turns red, the hidden part of the world map around it appears, the hunting spots connected to it switch on with their loot info, and you can pay to teleport to the gate or to those spots from then on. The minimap handles three things; the world map is where the favorites, saved spots and quest auto-move live.

Blood Gates

Gate states
StateLookWhat you get
Inactive Grey light Nothing; the area around it stays hidden on the map
Active Red light (white on the world map) Map revealed, linked hunting spots on, loot info, paid teleport

The guide mentions a cost for teleport but no amount, so budget it from your own screen. Walking is free and the linked spots light up either way once the gate is on.

World map: what to set up once

  1. Open the region list and star the hunting grounds you use; favorites save the scrolling.
  2. Save your farm spot under its own name in the saved-location list.
  3. When you die, save the target's location: the marker and coordinates stay in the list for the trip back.
  4. Use the quest list's auto-move for story quests and keep the icon toggles on for gates and events.
