In VAMPIR, being in a party and being ready for an Epic dungeon are two different states. A normal party is created from the first area of the main screen and is enough for field play. An Epic dungeon needs the party plus the dungeon entry: three free entries a week per character, shared across every Epic dungeon, and a boss that has to die inside the time limit. Raids are created separately and belong to clan-scale content.

Which group for which content

Group types
GoalGroupFirst thing to check
Field play or quests with friends Normal party Leader, invites, member list
An Epic boss Party plus Epic dungeon entry (or auto-match) Dungeon selected, entries left, boss timer
Clan-scale content Raid The clan's event notice and organiser

Auto-matching exists for the weeks nobody is online. It puts you into an Epic with strangers; the loot rules do not change, so a random clear counts exactly like a clan clear.

"We are in a party but cannot enter"

  1. The leader types the exact dungeon name and, if it has one, the section. Everyone checks the same target.
  2. Confirm the invite was accepted in the member list. Being in the chat channel is not being in the party.
  3. Check the Epic entry state for the party in the dungeon screen.
  4. Each player reads their own entries left and any access warning. The one who cannot enter is the one whose warning matters.
  5. Fix the missing condition first, then retry the entry together. Disbanding and re-forming at random loses the trail.

A message that saves the wipe

Copy this into the party chat
FieldWhat to write
Target Dungeon or event name and section
Leader Who invites and starts the entry
Meeting point Zone and a clear description
Prep Everyone confirms entries and potions
Start Date, time and time zone
Problem The exact text of any warning on screen

"Come to the boss" gives nobody anything to act on. "Target: the Epic we picked; leader: Ana; everyone check entries and type ready" shows which step is missing. It is a chat template, not a game command.

A group is not an EXP multiplier

Group up for the shared goal and the coordination, not because "more people means more EXP each". If you want the number, log a solo run and a group run for the same time with the farm method and include the waiting and gathering time in the total.
